And if your mail from the Arkansas Secretary of State or other Arkansas state agencies is being returned, or they are unable to reach you, they will contact your Arkansas registered agent. Corporations and LLCs in Arkansas and must to file an annual report and franchise tax return. You will get a post card reminder to file the reports, but if you don’t file or are late, you will pay a late fee plus interest accrued for each day overdue.
