We’re local registered agents, first and foremost. This is how our company started, and it’s still at the heart of everything we do. Unlike most registered agents who offer services in our state, we actually live here. Our office is located in in Mountain Home, AR and it’s where we go to work everyday.

Our Story
It all started when we noticed our friends were forming businesses and paying lawyers and accountants hundreds of dollars a year for something called “registered agent service.” That made us curious to find out what a registered agent even was, and—more importantly—why getting one seemed to be so expensive. The answer: because lawyers and accountants are expensive! We immediately stepped in to fill this role for our friends, and the business took off from there.
